All orders are shipped Standard UPS ground shipping (7 to 10 days)
Special Order items may take up to 2-weeks for delivery.  If you do not receive a shipping notification within 2-days of placing your order, please contact us at 317.337.1098, or email us at estore@indyducati.com.

We DO NOT store credit card information in our store. Your credit card information is sent securely to Authorize.net where the transaction is either approved or declined, and then your credit card infomation is removed from store.indyducati.com.

On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials.

•    Credit/Debit Card Information
•    (etc.)
On some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's address. In this circumstance, the types of personal information collected are:

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. Returns & Replacements
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at 317.337.1098 or email estore@indyducati.com. Please call within 2-days of receiving your order. Merchandise that shows signs of use or wear will not be accepted.

Ordering
When you're finished shopping click "checkout" to place your order.  All of the items in your shopping cart will appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping cart. During checkout, you will be asked to provide the following:
•    Your credit card number and expiration date
•    Your e-mail address
•    The address you want your order shipped to
•    Your preferred method of shipping

We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchase:

Viewing Orders
If you register and create an account when checking out - you can view an order by clicking  “My Account” in the upper right when logged in.  Log in using your e-mail and password. All transactions may be reviewed in the account dashboard. Customers who check out as guests cannot check the status of a placed order.

To update your account information click on the My Account link at the top of the page. Log in using your email address and password.
